To kickstart the year Anoushka will be performing at Glasgow’s annual folk, roots and world music festival - Celtic Connection 2022. The festival is a celebration of music cultures across the globe and she is honoured to be taking part on 28th January 2022. This festival was close to getting cancelled so Anoushka feels especially grateful and excited to be starting the year with such a fabulous event. She will be re-visiting her father Ravi Shankar’s Concerto No.3 for sitar and orchestra along with the Scottish Chamber Orchestra.

Anoushka recently served as a guest curator on Qwest TV, a global hub for music and culture created by Quincy Jones. You can watch amazing concerts, documentaries, interviews and archive films. Anoushka's selection reflects a diverse mix of different artists such as Robert Glasper, Ella Fitzgerald, Shabaka Hutchings, Paco de Lucia, Oumou Sangare and Anoushka’s father Ravi Shankar.

Anoushka’s rescheduled Reflektor Festival will be taking place at Hamburg’s iconic Elbphilharmonie from 4th to 7th November 2021. Anoushka has curated the festival to feature a diverse array of South Asian art forms and artists dear to her. She is also performing twice: the live score to ‘Shiraz’ alongside the film on Friday 5th and music from her latest EP ‘Love Letters’ on Sunday 7th.

Anoushka has been nominated for the ‘Best Television Soundtrack’ award for the BBC TV series ‘A Suitable Boy.’ She co-composed the music for entire series alongside Alex Heffes during lockdown. The Ivor Novello Awards are presented to celebrate British and Irish songwriting and screen composition, and are one of the most prestigious UK awards.

It is with huge excitement that Anoushka can finally share that her sister Norah Jones is the featured vocalist on a brand new song “Opening, Flowering, Drinking.” The song was released as part of the extended release “Love Letters PS,” available on all listening platforms.
